315 S. Jackson

315 S. Jackson is an award-winning renovation project in downtown Moscow that retrofitted a retail warehouse building into a class A office space for a new tech company. Both the interior and exterior were completely reimagined to create  10,000 square feet of sleek and modern collaboration space for this company.  This building now includes a grand entry feature wall, ample windows for a daylit workspace, luxury conference rooms and offices, and a kitchen lounge break area. In 2022, the PCBC Golden Nugget gave a merit award to Wintz Company for best commercial renovation project.

409 S. Jackson

The 409 S. Jackson office building is located on a main thoroughfare in Moscow, Idaho. This project involved the repurposing of a former newspaper production facility into a modern “Class A” office building for Emsi, a local data software company. An otherwise dark and unattractive building, it was completely gutted and refitted with an abundance of tall windows, raised ceilings, modern lighting and a huge skylight in the center work area. Located in a downtown setting, a 3,500 square foot roof top lounge/play area, kitchen and recreation/flex room were all part of a plan designed to give the tenant the “quality of life” signature he was seeking.

West Coast Self-Storage

Operating as West Coast Self Storage in Bellevue, WA, this 143,000 square feet, 6 story self-storage facility benefits from its heavily trafficked corner location. Completed in 2017, the project has been a major success in part due to its immediate proximity to the up and coming Spring District and the greater Eastside metropolis. The modern glass design of the building transforms your expectation of a self-storage building as it blends into the surrounding downtown cityscape.
